Valdespino Deliciosa Manzanilla
Nice nose, fresh and herby. Good rounded palate, with weight and an appealing rounded fleshiness, balanced by a fresh crisp acidity. Good length of flavor and and excellent example of the style.
An amber-coloured sherry of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and slightly sweet. It can be drunk neat or with ice. Try as an aperitif or surprisingly with pasta.
Lustau Light Manzinilla Parirusa
The non-vintage Manzanilla Papirusa is superb. Its light straw color is accompanied by a spicy, nutty nose, elegant, dry flavors, delicious purity, and a smoky intensity. It would be fabulous with sushi. 92pts Wine Advocate
Harvey's Bristol Cream
This has a deep golden chestnut and amber color, with clean, fresh and tangy dried fruit aromas, fruity grape flavours and creamy velvet, smooth, mellow, woody nutty and earthy flavors and finish.
