A more elegant and higher-toned nose of red pinot fruit with the same violet/floral notes leads to delicious, round and sophisticated flavors that possess good depth and density on the very fresh and detailed finish. Light ruby. In a continuing theme, this too is very fresh and very red pinot in character on the lacy and airy nose that introduces round, easy and refined flavors underpinned by lightly structured tannins and a dusty finish that is utterly delicious. This is not a classic Santenots as there isn't the muscle present but it's a wine of pleasure. Allen Meadows - Burghound
