This plays right on the edge of reduction without quite getting there so be sure to decant it first if you try one young. The reserved but exceptionally pretty nose of spiced floral and green apple aromas moves into rich, sweet and superbly pure medium bodied flavors positively scintillate with an almost pungent minerality and I especially like the mouth feel here as the dry extract really provides lovely texture.
