Fleur De Mer Provence Rose
Peachy citrus fruits with hints of berry skin and cut flowers on the nose, this is fresh, complex, and invigorating all at once. Fresh acidity, structured fruit and a lively bouquet of wild strawberries, raspberries and white flowers on the finish.
Decent, sensitive rose. Nose of strawberries, mineral, and a little get-up-and-go of lime. Comparable in the mouth, with a little pink melon going to the gathering. Light and perfect, decent wine for lighter charge.

Starting with the 2014 Corbieres Cuvee des Quarante, this barrel aged (20% new) blend of 45% Carignan, 35% Grenache and 20% Syrah is an elegant, layered effort that has considerable finesse in its plum and raspberry fruits, peppery herbs, and graphite aromas and flavors. It’s slightly mid-weight, so I wouldn’t push the aging curve, yet it’s impeccably made and will drink nicely for 4-5 years.
The Mas de Gourgonnier Les Baux de Provence is a magnificent red wine from the south of France. It is a mix of Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan, with rich dark organic product notes and a particularly natural style prompting an exceptionally dry wrap up.
